# Заява на створення кабінету

В публічній частині НГО-громада в верхній частині натисніть на кнопку **Подати заявку на створення кабінету**

На сторінці подачі заявки потрібно заповнити всі поля що стосується вас та земельних ділянок і обов'язково в коментарі вказати земельні ділянки які є на території територіальної громади у власності або користуванні

Після натискання кнопки **Відправити** ви отримаєте повідомлення про подання заявки

Після прийняття рішення про створення чи відмову у створенні кабінету, на вашу електронну пошту прийде повідомлення

Якщо заявку буде задоволено ви отримаєте інструкції про подальші дії в електронному листі
